Who
is Pugsly? Pugsly's Trading Post is a family-owned business
of Ken and Linda Doig. Ken worked for many years as a purchasing agent
in the food industry and knows where to find the goodies. Linda earned
her degree in home economics and keeps Ken content with her excellent cooking.
With her master's degree in counseling, Linda worked for a local school
district with disabled children. Pugsly is our British-blue cat, a roly-poly
lover, and can she beg.

Pugsly's Policies. Pugsly wants to earn your repeat business by providing goodies at competitive prices, shipped on time. The site is intended to be G rated. We want to know if you are in any way dissatisfied. Pugsly likes to know what makes you purr, too. |

Refund Policy. Pugsly will credit or replace your full order, including shipping cost, at our expense if we make a mistake or the product is not as described. Otherwise, Pugsly will provide full refunds on merchandise only provided the product is returned in "as new" and resalable condition, and all shipping costs are paid by the buyer in both directions. All requests for credit or replacement must be made within 30 days of receipt. |

Shipping. Pugsly ships by insured UPS. Shipments by US Mail are by prior arrangement at buyer's risk. |
